Mr. Eskew completed his Bachelor of Arts in computer science from DePauw University in 2000 and moved to Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law to receive his Juris Doctor. During his time in law school, he gained extensive experience by being a part of the Moot Court and the Criminal Defense Clinic, where he had an opportunity to provide legal assistance to real clients.
Admitted to practice in all the federal, state and county courts of Indiana, Mr. Eskew also practices before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. An effective and compassionate attorney, he believes in results and word-of-mouth referrals rather than advertising.
Several professional associations have honored Mr. Eskew with memberships. They include the Indiana State Bar Association, American Bar Association, National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, Indianapolis Bar Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and The National College for DUI Defense.
