The owner of Frangos Legal, LLC, attorney David C. Frangos has been providing effective and aggressive advocacy to Indiana residents for nearly five years. He assists his clients with a wide range of legal matters related to family law, criminal defense, estate planning and probate, small business law, personal injury and military/veteran’s law.
After completing his Bachelor of Science in aviation technology at Wayland Baptist University in 2007, Mr. Frangos graduated with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2011. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2017 from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
A former military officer, Mr. Frangos has provided extraordinary services on active duty as well as in the Indiana National Guard for over three decades. With a desire to continue serving his community after retiring, he established Frangos Legal, LLC, in 2018. He uses the skills and perspectives gained during his service to ensure his clients are best served. He is licensed to practice in Indiana and also appears before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
Mr. Frangos is an active member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA), the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, the Military Officers Association of America, the National Guard Association of Indiana and the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Family Law Section and Estate Planning and Administration Section.
Actively volunteering in various professional activities, Mr. Frangos was bestowed with the Norman Lefstein Award of Excellence for offering several hours of pro bono services. He is a member of the Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence and the board vice president of Pyoca Camp and Retreat Center, Inc.

- When filing for divorce in Indiana, it's critical to do it in the proper court. At least one party must have lived in the State of Indiana for at least six months before filing a petition for dissolution or a petition for legal separation.
