Mr. Indiano holds a dual bachelor's degree in chemistry and economics from Indiana University in 1977 and a Juris Doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 1982. Licensed in Indiana during the same year, he was authorized to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. 

An active contributor to the intellectual property legal discourse, Mr. Indiano has shared his insights through scholarly articles and presentations at various esteemed forums, including those organized by the Indianapolis Business Journal, the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum, the National Business Institute, the Indiana Institute for New Business Ventures, the Inventure and the Indiana State Bar Association Solo & Small Firm Conference.

Furthermore, Mr. Indiano has contributed as an adjunct professor of business law at Indiana University's School of Business in Indianapolis and has led the General Practice, Solo & Small Firm Section of the Indiana State Bar Association as chairperson. He also actively participates in the Indianapolis Bar Association.
