Elizabeth A. Homes

At the Law Office of Elizabeth A. Homes, LLC, Elizabeth A. Homes is a compassionate advocate for her clients in the Indianapolis metropolitan and surrounding areas. She handles cases of estate planning, elder law, trusts, wills, and probate and estate administration. Other focus areas of her practice include advance directives, Medicaid planning, special needs planning and guardianship.

Ms. Homes is a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc.  Admitted to practice in the state of Indiana, she is also an active member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and the organization's Estate Planning and Administration Section. Within the Indiana State Bar Association, she is involved with the Young Lawyers Section, the Elder Law Section, and the Probate, Trust and Real Property Section.

At the University of Indianapolis, Ms. Homes obtained her Bachelor of Arts while also earning a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance. She then graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law with her Juris Doctor. Her years of experience have taught her that every client is unique, and most estate plans require a customized approach rather than a one-size-fits-all attitude.

With a passion for helping others and a desire to give back to her community, she volunteers with the Special Needs Ministry and is actively involved with her local church. Ms. Homes supports organizations that bring awareness to the needs of others by participating in events that benefit groups that help those with autism and Down syndrome.
