He also has extensive experience in defending individuals, retail establishments and businesses against claims of negligence, property damage and premises liability.
A Ball State University graduate in criminal justice and criminology, Mr. Pinkie pursued his legal studies at the Claude W. Pettit College of Law, Ohio Northern University. Earning his law degree in 2000, he was admitted to practice in all the state and federal courts in Indiana the same year.
Mr. Pinkie has been chosen to be a Distinguished Fellow of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation and elected as the president of The Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana. His vast legal knowledge and analytical capability has been endorsed by his peers and he is well respected among fellow attorneys.
