Tony Paganelli is the founder and managing attorney at Paganelli Law Group, a mid-sized firm with offices in Indianapolis and Bloomington, Indiana. For over 30 years, he has practiced in the areas of business and real estate litigation, mediation, and business law.  He also frequently advises corporate officers, senior executives, and professionals on employment law matters.

Born and raised in Northwest Indiana, Tony was the first person in his family to go to college. He is a 1992 graduate of the University of Notre Dame. He then attended the Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington on scholarship, where he served as a Managing Editor of the Indiana Law Journal and graduated with honors in 1995.

Before founding PLG in 2013, Tony was a litigation partner at one of the largest law firms in the United States. He focused his practice on business and real estate litigation and developed a nationwide trial and injunction practice.

Tony was on the Indiana Rising Stars list (the top 2.5% of Indiana lawyers under 40) in 2009-2010, and has been recognized by Indiana Super Lawyers® (the top 5% of all Indiana lawyers) every year since 2010. He has also been included in every edition of The Best Lawyers in America© since 2013, most recently for both business litigation and mediation.

He has been an instructor since 2007, and co-chair since 2015, of the annual Indiana Trial Advocacy Skills College. In 2012 he chaired the Litigation Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association.

Tony is serving this third term as board chairman of the Children’s Organ Transplant Association, a national charity that raises millions of dollars each year for children who need life-saving organ transplants. Tony is also a board member of the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF), a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing the highest quality educational materials and seminars to lawyers across the state of Indiana.
