John M. McLaughlin

John M. McLaughlin is an attorney with over 15 years of experience practicing law, and he helps clients get the compensation they deserve for the injuries they have to endure due to no fault of their own. A 2006 B.S. degree graduate with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Mr. McLaughlin went on to enroll at the Indiana University School of Law, where he strengthened his legal resolve and acumen to help his clients today. After receiving his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2009, he became licensed to practice law in Indiana the same year and later gained admission to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. 

With a tenacious work ethic and enthusiastic zeal for seeing his clients free from their legal woes, Mr. McLaughlin garnered the praise of his peers and prestigious legal organizations, including being included in the Top 100 Trial Lawyers and the Top 40 Under 40 lists by the National Trial Lawyers. Within his legal community, he serves on the board of directors of both the Indianapolis Legal Aid Society and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and within the former organization, he also serves as the secretary of the Executive Committee.
