With a profound passion to help victims of on-the-job accidents, including construction accidents, brain injuries and other personal injury matters, John P. Daly Jr. serves Indianapolis, Indiana, and the surrounding area from the law office of Golitko & Daly, P.C. With over three-and-a-half-decades of experience, there is hardly any case that can catch him off guard, and with his succinct communication to his clients and top-tier advocacy, he exhausts every avenue and explores every angle to get his clients the compensation they deserve.
An OSHA-certified construction safety trainer, Mr. Daly has hands-on experience with workplace safety, often working with construction unions to train employees on the same. He combines his training experience with his board certification as a trial attorney from the National Board of Trial Advocacy, giving his clients a prime chance to obtain justice for the pain and suffering they’ve had to endure.
A 1981 B.A. English graduate from Indiana University, Mr. Daly attended the Indiana University School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 1987. He later returned to his alma mater, Indiana University, and completed his master’s degree in public administration in 1989. He is licensed to practice in Indianapolis and Washington, D.C.
Mr. Daly always treats his clients like genuine people in need of help of massive proportions. One of his many successful verdicts was a $10 million jury verdict awarded to the estate of a man who died in a construction accident. For his high professionalism and contributions to the legal community, he is rated AV Preeminent* through Martindale-Hubbell, the organization’s highest rating, and also holds a “Very Good” rating on Avvo.
A long-standing pillar of leadership within his legal community, Mr. Daly is actively involved in many organizations, holding memberships in the American Association for Justice, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association. He is also on the Membership Committee of the Sagamore Inn of Court and on the board of directors of Kids’ Chance, an organization that works to help students with their educational goals.
*AV®, AV Preeminent®, Martindale-Hubbell Distinguished and Martindale-Hubbell Notable are certification marks used under license in accordance with the Martindale-Hubbell certification procedures, standards and policies.
