Jon R. Pactor has been a solo practitioner in Indianapolis, Indiana, since 1976. Mr. Pactor received a bachelor’s degree from Wabash College and earned his law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He is certified by the National Trial Advocacy College and is admitted to practice in all Indiana state and federal courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Over the course of his more than 40 years in practice, Mr. Pactor has been involved in several significant cases in the areas of legal malpractice and ethical issues. He has authored numerous published articles and spoken extensively to lawyers and law students on lawyer professional responsibility.

Mr. Pactor has always been heavily involved in Wabash College organizations and activities. He belongs to the Indianapolis Association of Wabash Men and has been a member of the association for over 40 years.
