Joshua Moudy

A Bar Leader of the Indiana State Bar Association, Joshua Moudy is a criminal defense attorney with Kammen & Moudy, LLC. In the Indianapolis, Indiana, metropolitan area and the surrounding cities, he provides highly skilled legal representation to those who have been accused of committing crimes such as federal offenses, sex crimes, drug violations and domestic violence.

Mr. Moudy is aware of the concern and confusion that arises in the lives of those who are facing criminal charges and is passionate about defending them as they move through the legal system. Committed to providing an advocate who will fight for their rights, he helps his clients to feel heard and provides them with the answers they need to get through a difficult time.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Moudy worked as a court-appointed and private attorney for those who were accused of crimes ranging from robbery and murder to public intoxication to rape. A member of the Craine House, he is also actively involved with several committees within the Indianapolis State Bar Association. With almost 15 years of experience, he has gained a reputation as a thorough, knowledgeable attorney who puts the best interests of his clients before all else.

He earned his undergraduate degree from Wabash College before pursuing his goal to become a criminal law attorney at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. After graduating with his Juris Doctor, Mr. Moudy passed the bar exam and began practicing law in 2006. He has helped hundreds of clients as they face an uncertain future.
