Judith E. Golitko

Judith E. Golitko is a Social Security Disability attorney at the Golitko & Daly, P.C., law firm, which has three different locations in Indiana – Indianapolis, Kokomo and Bloomington. She works from the Indianapolis office, representing clients in the surrounding areas. Her practice areas are mainly focused on medical malpractice and Social Security Disability claims.

Prior to becoming a legal practitioner, Ms. Golitko was an Indiana registered nurse; the experience she gained as a nurse helps her evaluate disability claims and get the required health care benefits and compensation her clients need. She gained her major in nursing from Indiana University Kokomo, where she was elected to be a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. 

After deciding to study law, Ms. Golitko enrolled at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington. Earning her Juris Doctor in 2006, she passed the bar exam and was licensed to practice in Indiana the same year. She is also allowed to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Ms. Golitko is a member of the American Association of Nurse Attorneys and the Indiana State Nurses Association. She is a licensed practitioner of Social Security Disability law for more than 15 years and stays updated with the legal community by maintaining memberships with various prominent associations, including the:

• Indiana State Bar Association
• Howard County Bar Association
• Miami Dade County Bar Association
• American Association for Justice

Active in her local community, Ms. Golitko serves on the board of directors of the Indiana University Kokomo Alumni Association and the Kokomo Rescue Mission, a Christian-based nonprofit that serves meals and provides housing to the homeless and needy in Kokomo and the neighboring counties.
