Lee provides compassionate and responsive representation to clients in the Indianapolis community in personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Ms. Lee's background and continuing education as a licensed registered nurse grant her unique insight into cases of nursing neglect, nursing home neglect, medical products liability, pharmaceutical liability and toxic torts.

After Ms. Lee obtained her law degree from Indiana University's Robert H. McKinney School of Law, she successfully pursued an L.L.M. degree in health policy and bioethics. She has been admitted to practice in Indiana and Oklahoma as well as before the Northern and Southern U.S. District Courts of Indiana and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

Respected widely for her experience and insight, Ms. Lee contributed to the books "Emergency Medicine Malpractice" and "Personal Injury and Torts." She has also been asked to speak on a number of legal matters to students and others in the field on topics such as reducing the risk of being sued, litigating nursing home cases, increasing the effectiveness of expert testimony and the legal aspects of nursing practice at seminars and conferences in the Indianapolis area and around the country.

Ms. Lee has been honored by her peers and has been ranked among the top 25 female lawyers in Indiana and one of the top medical malpractice lawyers in the state by Indianapolis Monthly magazine. In addition to her bar memberships, she belongs to the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and has served on its board of directors since 2000, and she also belongs to the American Association of Justice.
