Ms. Rosenberger's academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude in Spanish and international studies from Indiana University Bloomington. She then earned her Juris Doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, graduating cum laude with a certificate in environmental and natural resources law. She also honed her linguistic and cultural skills during a year in Madrid, Spain, where she immersed herself in Spanish university courses and taught English to local children.
