Martha T. (Marti) Starkey

With nearly 45 years of experience, Martha (Marti) T. Starkey provides her clients with legal representation in areas such as estate planning. To help them secure their assets and legacies for their loved ones, she assists them in creating wills and trusts. She also helps clients manage probate concerns. From Harrison & Moberly, LLP, in Carmel, she serves residents throughout Indiana.

Ms. Starkey completed her undergraduate studies in 1976, graduating cum laude with her Bachelor of Science degree in communications from the University of Evansville. She went on to attend the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and received her Juris Doctor degree in 1981. She obtained her license to practice law in Indiana that same year.

Within the Indianapolis Bar Association, she has served on the board of managers as well as in many other important roles, including vice president, chair of the Estate Planning and Administration Section and co-chair of the Judicial Selection Committee.
