Matthew M. Golitko

Driven by the passion for enabling the law’s authority to fulfill the victims’ needs, Matthew Golitko practices law and manages Golitko & Daly, P.C., in Indianapolis, Indiana. He has dedicated his career to providing skillful advocacy and unsurpassed counsel and support to those injured in matters such as personal injury, workers’ compensation, wrongful death and medical malpractice.

Compassionate and efficient, Mr. Golitko has devoted his career to providing personal attention and top-quality legal services to each of his clients. His 20-plus years of experience, meticulous attention to detail and in-depth understanding of the law give him a unique perspective into the challenges his clients face after the mishaps.

He attended Lafayette College, Easton, Pennsylvania where he was a three sport athlete and played Div. 1 basketball, baseball, and golf.  He majored in economics and business and with a minor in music, Mr. Golitko completed his bachelor’s degree at Lafayette College in 1997.  In 2000, he obtained his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is licensed to argue before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

A board director of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the former chairman of the organization’s Workers’ Compensation Section. He has presented in many seminars on topics related to workers’ compensation and personal injury.

Mr. Golitko has been honored by the Indiana Workers’ Compensation for securing millions of dollars through verdicts and settlements. Furthermore, he maintains a unrelenting commitment to assisting his clients in recovering the financial compensation they need to support themselves and their families in the future.
