He attended Lafayette College, Easton, Pennsylvania where he was a three sport athlete and played Div. 1 basketball, baseball, and golf. He majored in economics and business and with a minor in music, Mr. Golitko completed his bachelor’s degree at Lafayette College in 1997. In 2000, he obtained his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is licensed to argue before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
A board director of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the former chairman of the organization’s Workers’ Compensation Section. He has presented in many seminars on topics related to workers’ compensation and personal injury.
