Meghan U. Lehner

Meghan U. Lehner is a partner at Cleveland Lehner Cassidy Attorneys at Law in Indianapolis, Indiana, and assists clients with their employment law needs, from First Amendment violations and wage claims to cases regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act – just to name a few.

Ms. Lehner has been practicing law for almost 20 years and has a passion for employment law, owing to her family ties to unions and small businesses. She puts her clients at ease when the legal nature of their cases gets too tense and guides them with clear and concise practical advice. She has been rated “Very Good” on Avvo for her professionalism and high ethical standards.

After completing her B.A. English degree at Hofstra University in 2002, Ms. Lehner went on to enroll at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and received her Juris Doctor in 2005. During her time in law school, she was awarded the Norman Lefstein Award of Excellence.

Ms. Lehner is licensed to practice in Indiana and Florida and is also admitted before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit and the Supreme Court of Indiana.

Outside her law practice, Ms. Lehner stays in touch with the legal community through her affiliations with many organizations, including the Indiana State Bar Association, IndyBar, and the 7th Circuit Bar Association. Additionally, she is an executive committee member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and on the Executive Committee of the Indiana Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association.
