Nick Baker

As the founder of Nick Baker Law in Indianapolis, Nick Baker provides dedicated and results-oriented representation to individuals and families who have been harmed by someone’s negligence. He primarily focuses his practice on personal injury, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, trucking accidents and wrongful death claims. He also handles complicated litigation and appeals, advocating for clients at both the trial and appellate levels.

Mr. Baker represents clients who have suffered serious injuries as a result of car and truck collisions, unsafe property conditions and other preventable incidents. He is committed to helping injury victims pursue the compensation they deserve for medical expenses, lost wages and other damages. 

Known for his strategic approach and thorough case preparation, Mr. Baker works hard to build strong claims supported by detailed investigation and careful legal analysis. Mr. Baker graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University in 2001. He then went on to attend Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he honed his shrewd legal acumen and earned his Juris Doctor in 2006. In that same year, he was admitted to practice law in Indiana.

An active member of the legal community, Mr. Baker serves as a board member and sustaining member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association. In recognition of his professional skills and service to the plaintiff’s bar, he received the Max Goodwin Young Lawyer Award from the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association in 2015.
