Paul S. Kruse

A partner at Parr Richey Frandsen Patterson Kruse LLP, which maintains offices in Indianapolis and Lebanon, Indiana, as well as Chicago, Illinois, attorney Paul S. Kruse concentrates his legal practice on personal injury cases, including motor vehicle and trucking accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and birth injuries, among others. He has represented individuals suffering from injuries in more than 50 counties across Indiana and the states of Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio and Michigan. He has resolved numerous personal injury claims through settlements, court trials and jury verdicts, handling cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability and medical malpractice. 

Having lived his entire life in central Indiana, specifically in Boone and Montgomery counties, Mr. Kruse attributes his accomplishments as a personal injury attorney to the values and relationships fostered in smaller communities, where trust, honesty and diligent work are highly regarded. A dedicated legal advocate, he has committed his career to assisting injury victims in Indiana in recovering from harm caused by others' negligence.

Mr. Kruse completed his undergraduate degree cum laude at Indiana University and received his J.D. cum laude from Indiana University School of Law. He was licensed in Indiana in 1981. Since 1988, he has been an integral part of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association as a board member. Recently, he took on the role of president for the Board of Directors at the IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law Alumni Association, where he has been actively involved for over a decade. During his time there, he has worked closely with alumni, faculty and students to create educational programs and opportunities for skill development.

Additionally, Mr. Kruse has been recognized by the Indiana Best Lawyers organization and was featured in their cover article for the 2018 awards publication. Over the years, he has cultivated referral relationships with attorneys across Indiana, providing support to their clients with personal injury claims. As part of his representation, he travels to meet clients at the offices of referring attorneys or, when necessary, at the clients’ homes.
