Providing representation to clients in the greater Indianapolis metropolitan area and throughout Hamilton and Marion counties, he assists with the preparation and review of wills, living, revocable, charitable and special needs trusts, living wills, financial and health care powers of attorneys, and related documents.

Mr. Ten Eyck also has experience with probate matters such as inheritance disputes and other types of will contests. In addition, he provides representation during guardianship and conservatorship proceedings. Other areas of his practice include business succession planning, real estate transactions and general civil litigation.

Born and raised in Indianapolis, Mr. Ten Eyck attended DePauw University as an undergraduate, where he majored in political science and history and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1999. His legal education was obtained at the Maurer School of Law at Indiana University Bloomington, where he was the managing editor of the Federal Communications Law Journal before being awarded his Juris Doctor in 2002. After graduation, Mr. Ten Eyck spent several years as a deputy prosecuting attorney with the Marion County Prosecutor's Office, where he tried homicide and other felony cases. He has been with Hackman Hulett LLP since October 2006.

Mr. Ten Eyck is admitted to practice before all Indiana state courts as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. He provides pro bono legal services to several events and programs sponsored by the Indianapolis Bar Association, including its Low Asset Wills Program and Ask A Lawyer. He has also participated in the Protective Order Pro Bono Project that is sponsored by the Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
