Raeanna Spahn is an experienced attorney at Eskew Law in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she focuses her practice on personal injury and civil litigation. She represents individuals and families throughout Indiana in matters arising from automobile and trucking collisions, wrongful death, premises liability accidents, dog bites, product liability and medical malpractice actions. She also has experience with Section 1983 civil rights claims, bringing a comprehensive understanding of complex litigation to every case she handles.
Dedicated to providing personalized legal representation, Ms. Spahn takes the time during initial consultations to listen carefully to clients’ concerns and goals. She then develops tailored strategies designed to achieve favorable outcomes while keeping her clients informed and comfortable throughout the litigation process. Her approach combines compassionate client service with aggressive advocacy in court.
Before joining Eskew Law, Ms. Spahn built a diverse background in both criminal and civil litigation. As a former deputy prosecuting attorney, she handled misdemeanor and felony offenses, including DUI (OVWI) cases, and tried numerous jury and bench trials. She later transitioned to insurance defense litigation, defending automobile collision, dog bite and premises liability claims, as well as representing medical providers in malpractice actions and Section 1983 matters before the Indiana Attorney General’s Office. This unique mix of prosecutorial and defense experience gives her valuable insight into how cases are built and challenged from all sides.
Ms. Spahn earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in political science and international studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and received her J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Indiana and in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
Active in the legal community, Ms. Spahn is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Women’s Law Association, and she graduated from the Indiana State Bar Association’s Leadership Development Academy in 2016.
