A former prosecutor with keen insights into the inner workings of the local judicial system, Samuel Fife utilizes his expansive legal and practical knowledge at his clients’ behest, working relentlessly to help them resolve their complex criminal charges without causing them any undue stress. Mr. Fife completed his undergraduate studies in 2015, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Indian University (IU), and during his time there, he was a member of the Global Human Rights Brigade and a recipient of the IU Excellence Scholarship. He went on to attend the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2018, as well as his license to practice law in Indiana.
During his time in law school, Mr. Fife was a member of the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review, the Jeffrey G. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court Team and the Environmental Law Society, the latter organization of which he served as president. He later served as a deputy prosecuting attorney at the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, priming him for his move to private practice, where he helps the criminally accused clear their names.
Within his legal community, Mr. Fife maintains close affiliations with many prominent legal organizations, including the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
