Sean R. Moore

Sean R. Moore is a criminal defense and family law attorney working for The Nice Law Firm, LLP, which has multiple locations in Indiana – Terre Haute, Indianapolis, Kokomo, Martinsville, Lebanon and Greensburg. Mr. Moore works out of his office in Indianapolis, serving customers in the metro and surrounding areas, helping them with legal matters involving:

• DUI/DWI charges
• Drug crimes
• Major felonies
• Expungements
• Appeals
• Child custody/support
• Domestic violence
• Divorce

Earning his law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2016, Mr. Moore also holds a bachelor’s with a major in journalism and political science and a minor in mathematics from Indiana University Bloomington. While in law school, he was a part of the American Bar Association’s Law Student Division and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. He was also the recipient of the Resident Excellence Award, and he interned at the Hendricks County Prosecutor's Office.

Mr. Moore is licensed to practice in Indiana (2016) and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana. After graduation, he worked at the Criminal Appeals Division at the Indiana Attorney General’s Office, following which he became a deputy prosecutor for the Marion County Prosecutor's Office. 

A member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and the Indiana Public Defender Council, Mr. Moore is active in his legal circle. His pro bono activities include volunteering at the Indianapolis Bar Association's Ask a Lawyer help line, and he has also served as a Pro Tem Judge from 2020 to 2022.
