Spencer H. King

Serving clients at Hensley Legal Group, PC, in Indianapolis, Indiana, Spencer H. King is an attentive attorney advocating for personal injury clients. Advocating for clients all across Indiana, he handles matters involving motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, wrongful death and premises liability. He also holds experience in handling matters of family law.

In the beginning of his career, Mr. King defended personal injury actions and represented clients in all kinds of personal injury defense matters. He later transitioned to advocating for plaintiffs against huge companies and insurance providers. Currently, he finds pleasure in working on representing victims of severe personal injuries and helping them gain suitable compensation so they gain an opportunity to live further.

Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Florida, Mr. King enrolled at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law to further pursue legal education. While in law school, he represented clients who couldn’t afford legal representation at the Community Legal Clinic. After receiving his Juris Doctor in 2006, he earned admission to practice in Indiana. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana.

Mr. King is an active member of the community through his memberships at organizations, including the Indianapolis Early Learning Center, an organization that aims to create a successful future for all pre-elementary children. He also serves as a Big Brother at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana. His commitment to his profession has earned him recognition in the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40.
