Attorney Tina M. Bell is a partner with Christie Farrell Lee & Bell law firm in Indianapolis, Indiana. Nationally recognized as among the leading trial lawyers in the country, Ms. Bell focuses her practice exclusively on helping individuals and families who have suffered injury or loss as a result of medical malpractice.
Serving clients throughout the greater Indianapolis metro and surrounding areas, Ms. Bell has nearly 20 years of medical malpractice experience on both sides. Early in her legal career, she worked as a defense attorney for physicians, hospitals, nurses and other health care providers and their insurance companies, defending their interests in the face of tortious claims. Since 2009, she shifted her focus to representing plaintiff clients struggling because of someone else's negligence, and she has secured millions of dollars in total compensation for those in need.
Honored for her outstanding professionalism and service, Ms. Bell has earned recognition from the National Association of Distinguished Council as among the Nation's Top 1% in 2015 and 2016. She has also received many other consistent top rankings and endorsements from her peers, as well as the Young Lawyer of the Year award from the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana in 2004.
A 1995 graduate of Eureka College, Ms. Bell obtained her Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law in 1995. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and she is an active member of the American Association for Justice, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Sagamore Inn of Court's Executive Committee.
