Tina M. Bell received her undergraduate from Eureka College and her J.D. from IU in 1998, both with honors. Her focus is representation of patients wronged by doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice litigation. She has tried more than 25 jury trials to verdict. She spent over a decade doing medical malpractice defense before becoming a plaintiffs' lawyer in 2009. Her accomplishments include DTCI Board of Directors, DRI Medical Malpractice Rookie of the Year, IBA Young Lawyer of the Year nominee, DTCI Young Lawyer of the Year for the State of Indiana, and selection as one of Northeast Indiana's Future 40. Additionally, Tina is a wife, mother of two, and an ardent volunteer in her church.

  • In the first 10 years of her career, Tina tried over 20 cases to verdict as a defense lawyer.  The majority of her trials were medical malpractice cases.  She has recently switched sides to representing only patients in medical malpractice actions.

Educational Background:

  • Tina was off to an early start when she graduated from high school in three years at the age of 16.  Tina received her BA with honors in political science and communications from Eureka College in 1995. While at Eureka she was active leader including serving as Student Body President.  She then graduated from Indiana University School of Law in 1998 with honors.
