W. Kent Winingham

A partner at Wilson Kehoe & Winingham in Indianapolis, Indiana, W. Mr. Winingham completed his undergraduate studies in 2012, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree in government and legal studies from Bowdoin College. During his time there, he was captain of the Bowdoin men’s tennis team and reached the Elite 8 of the NCAA Division III National Championship. He went on to attend the Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where his academic prowess was evident through his inclusion on the dean’s list every year. After receiving his Juris Doctor in 2015, he became licensed to practice law in Indiana and Illinois.

In a relatively short period of time, Mr. Winingham has made mammoth strides within his legal community through his practice. He utilizes an unwavering work ethic, prioritizing personalized attention and meticulous focus in every aspect of his clients’ cases. For his many contributions, he was the recipient of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) Young Lawyer of the Year award.

Furthermore, Mr. Winingham maintains close affiliations with myriad legal organizations, including the Indianapolis Bar Foundation (first vice president), the Brain Injury Association of Indiana (board member), the Indiana State Bar Association, the ITLA and the American Association for Justice.
