Mr. Winingham completed his undergraduate studies in 1975, graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences from Indiana University. He went on to attend the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he honed his shrewd legal acumen and talents through his active involvement on campus, as well as his internship at the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office. He received his Juris Doctor in 1979, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Indiana. He later became admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. 

Using the long arm of the law to his clients’ favor, Mr. Winingham has continually progressed the standard of client care in his industry to even greater heights.
