Mr. Huelat's practice centers around complex litigation cases including insurance defense, personal injury, wrongful death, construction and industrial accident litigation, product liability, premises liability, trucking litigation, highway design and highway construction claims, as well as claims involving traumatic brain injury.
His representative clients include many reputable insurance companies, as well as some large-scale property managers.
He was President of the DTCI in 2013, a member of its board of directors for 15 years, and received the 2016 DTCI Diplomat Award. He was also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association’s Legal Ethics Committee. He is a current member of the La Porte County and Indiana State Bar Associations and has been selected as an Indiana Super Lawyer for the last 11 years.
