Jerome L. Withered

Jerome L. Withered is an attorney at Withered Burns, LLP, in Lafayette, Indiana. Mr. Withered practices general and business litigation, personal injury litigation, business and corporate law, and estate planning, serving clients in Lafayette and northwest Indiana. 

Mr. Withered holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Purdue University, a master’s degree in economics from the University of Virginia, and a law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, graduating summa cum laude. He is a registered civil mediator and certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Having practicing law since 1980, Mr. Withered is admitted in all Indiana state courts and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, the Indiana Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
