Barry D. Rooth is a personal injury attorney and co-founder of Theodoros & Rooth, P.C., in Merrillville, Indiana. Mr. Rooth has three decades of legal experience and represents clients throughout Indiana. He handles all types of personal injury matters, with a particular focus on medical malpractice. During his time in practice, he has tried numerous cases before state, federal and appellate courts, achieving successful outcomes for injury victims.

Mr. Rooth is a 1979 graduate of Indiana University Bloomington, where he received a bachelor’s degree. He earned his law degree from Valparaiso University Law School in 1982. He holds a license to practice law before all Indiana and Illinois state courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.
