Timothy S. Schafer

Timothy S. Schafer practices exclusively in personal injury, wrongful death, trucking accidents, and medical malpractice. He has recovered more than $230 million in verdicts and settlements for his clients and has handled cases which gained national attention and set state precedent.  In 2012 Attorney Schafer was nominated for National Trial Lawyer of the year by Public Justice for his work on a case which resulted in a $30.7 million verdict.  In May of 2015, Attorney Schafer co-counseled a case with his two sons, Timothy S. Schafer, II and Todd S.
