The founder of the Law Offices of Jason Jackson & Assoc, Jason E. Jackson focuses his practice exclusively on criminal defense matters. Practicing out of his office in Noblesville in his native state of Indiana, he represents clients throughout Hamilton County and other parts of the greater Indianapolis metropolitan area.
As an undergraduate, Mr. Jackson attended Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana, where he majored in English and political science and was the managing editor of the school’s newspaper before receiving a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude and being inducted into The Phi Beta Kappa Society in 1997. Remaining in the state for his legal education, he enrolled at Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, and in 2000, he was awarded his Juris Doctor. After graduation, Mr. Jackson clerked for a judge in Tennessee before moving back to Indiana and entering private practice.
Admitted to practice before all Indiana state courts since 2000, Mr. Jackson provides effective and aggressive advocacy on behalf of people who have been accused by the state of having committed felony or misdemeanor offenses. The types of cases that he has handled have included traffic violations, driving under the influence of alcohol, sex crimes, the possession of illegal drugs, domestic violence, assault, battery and similar allegations. Mr. Jackson has been able to obtain positive results for his clients, through dismissals, acquittals after jury or bench trials and the negotiation with prosecutors of plea bargain agreements that are favorable to his clients. He has been engaged in the practice of criminal law since he finished up his clerkship in 2001.
