Thomas Roberts

He later achieved a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, balancing his studies in the evening program with full-time work and family life. 

Mr. Roberts obtained his Indiana license in 2018 and has a track record of accomplishments. Prior to joining Roberts Law, he was a partner at a boutique and prestigious law firm in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he provided invaluable support to local residents facing complex family law issues.

Before embarking on his legal journey, Mr. Roberts honed his skills in third-party recruiting in Cleveland, Ohio, and later returned to Indiana to work as an inbound supervisor for a trucking company. He spent 14 years in corporate HR, gaining valuable insights into federal and state employment laws, employee relations, investigations, HR policy guidance, performance management, disciplinary actions, compliance and employment-based immigration in companies ranging from small start-ups to global giants. 

A respected member of the legal community, Mr. Roberts is affiliated with the Indiana State Bar Association and participates in sections focused on Family and Juvenile Law; Probate, Trust and Real Property; and Employment, Labor and Benefits Law. He is also part of the Indianapolis and Hamilton County Bar Associations. Recognized for his contributions to family law, he was honored by Elite Lawyer in 2023 and 2024 and acknowledged as a Top Lawyer by the American Institute of Legal Advocates.
