Gregory J. Sarkisian

Gregory J. Sarkisian is a personal injury and criminal defense attorney with more than 45 years of legal experience. A partner at the law firm of Sarkisian Sarkisian & Associates, P.C., in Portage, Indiana, he handles cases involving medical malpractice, wrongful death and other personal injury and criminal law matters. He represents clients throughout Indiana.

After graduating from Indiana University Kelley School of Business, Mr. Sarkisian went on to earn his law degree from Valparaiso University Law School, graduating in 1975. He holds a license to practice law before all Indiana state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.

While he has extensive experience with the legal issues his clients face, Mr. Sarkisian understands that every client’s personal situation is unique. He knows that an injury or criminal charge has major consequences for his clients, their families and their futures. With that in mind, he develops personal relationships with his clients and stays committed to protecting their rights and striving for the best possible outcome for their situation. He is a talented negotiator and strong courtroom advocate when trial is necessary.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Sarkisian has established himself as a valuable member of the Indiana legal community. He enjoys serving in leadership roles and participating in professional organizations, dedicated to keeping his legal knowledge and skills current and engaging with his peers in the legal profession. 

Mr. Sarkisian belongs to and serves on the board of directors of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
