    Ted A. Waggoner focuses his practice on estate planning and administration, business development and expansion, real estate, and school law. A 1978 graduate of the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, he is past president of the Alumni Association and an emeritus member of the  Board of Visitors. He is active in the Indiana State Bar Association; his church at the local, regional, and national levels; and his community. 

    Legal recognitions include an AV preeminent rating and a listing in Indiana Super Lawyers since 2015. He is a member of the General Practice Hall of Fame of the ISBA and served as General Counsel to the ISBA President in 2014-2015. Waggoner was named the 2004 Community Citizen of the Year for the Rochester Chamber of Commerce. Waggoner is a trustee and Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Christian Theological Seminary, in Indianapolis. He is the former Board Chair of the Trustees of Eureka College, in Eureka IL.
