Mr. Julian attended Villanova University on a Navy scholarship, earning a Bachelors of Arts in political science and History in 1991. He then served on ships deployed throughout the world including tours of duty in Operation Desert Storm. During his service in the Navy Mr. Julian received multiple commendations, including the Navy Commendation Medal and the Navy Achievement Medal. In 1994, Mr. Julian earned a Masters of Public Administration and he earned his law degree from the University Of Notre Dame in 1999.
Mr. Julian believes that representing clients extends beyond the court room and he is active in promoting legislation that champions the Constitutional right to a trial by jury. Mr. Julian recently served as the President of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, an organization dedicated to protecting our Constitutional rights. Mr. Julian has been speaker at numerous continuing legal education events and was recently the Chair of the ITLA Lifetime Achievement Awards as well as the November Institute, Indiana’s largest and most highly regarded continuing legal education event. Mr. Julian is the recipient of the Max Goodwin Trial Award, and he holds a Superb rating from Avvo as well as the highest rating possible from Martindale-Hubble.
