Wrage proudly represents individuals and families in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and employment litigation. Mr. Wrage has been admitted to practice in Illinois and Indiana since 1994, practicing in various locations throughout both states including Chicago, Valparaiso, Fort Wayne, Merrillville and surrounding communities. He is also admitted to practice in all state courts of Illinois and Indiana along with the Northern U.S. District of Illinois, the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the 7th Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals.
Practicing since 1994 with a history of handling complex litigation, Mr. Wrage's experience includes more than 39 civil jury trials. Since 2006, Mr. Wrage is a board-certified Civil Trial Attorney and Pre-Trial Civil Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. His civil jury trial experience includes semi tractor-trailer crashes, motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, premises liability, employment discrimination and insurance cases. He is a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum with numerous multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts. In addition to representing individuals and families, he also handles complex civil litigation for his law firm's business, government and estate clients.
Mr. Wrage's volunteer experience includes presenting at a local school math fair, the local Chamber of Commerce, the Valparaiso Lions Club and several programs associated with the Indiana State Bar. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and speaking on legal topics at locations ranging from schools to labor unions to Chamber of Commerce programs. In the past, Mr. Wrage has volunteered as a youth sports coach and is a past adjunct professor of Trial Advocacy at Valparaiso University School of law where he also coached civil trial advocacy students and Mock Trial Competition participants.
Mr. Wrage graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1994. Several of his legal articles, including "The Risk of Serious Personal Injury or Death by Electrocution is a Non-Delegable Duty" and "Recent Indiana Supreme Court Decision Ignores Indiana Children," have been published in forums recognized statewide. He is also a member of the Porter County Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (Board of Directors member since 2014), the American Association for Justice and the National Employment Lawyers Association.
