Mr. Langer completed his undergraduate studies in 1977, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He went on to enroll at the Valparaiso University Law School, where he bolstered his shrewd legal acumen and talents that are still evident in the counsel he provides for his clients today. He received his Juris Doctor in 1981, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law across all Indiana state courts.
