William J. Webster

A founding partner of the law firm Webster & Garino LLC, based in Westfield, Indiana, William J. Webster has been practicing law for the past 12-plus years. Concentrating on serving clients in and around the counties of Hamilton and Boone, and throughout Indiana, he seeks to represent them and help provide practical solutions for issues regarding business law, estate planning, real estate and probate, and criminal law.

Having resided in Hamilton County for almost his whole life, Mr. Webster understands the nature of law-related issues that the people of the locality are susceptible to. The invaluable experience gained from his years of experience at the firm has enabled him to successfully litigate a variety of cases, including those with high stakes. One of the pivotal cases that he won prohibits law enforcers from accessing peoples’ electronic devices without authorization.

Mr. Webster’s professional merit has landed him a selection to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100. His commitment to aiding people in protecting the things that they value the most is reflected in the manner he approaches each case. As a licensed real estate agent, he has also acquired practical experience and flexibility by carrying out transactions in the competitive arena of real estate, which he applies to his cases.

A Bachelor of Science graduate in finance from Marian University, Mr. Webster went on to complete his master’s degree in business administration from Valparaiso University. He obtained his law degree from the Indiana University School of Law in 2009 and was licensed by the Indiana State Bar Association in 2010. He is also admitted to practice in the Indiana Tax Court and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Mr. Webster is an active participant in the legal community and has a membership in the Hamilton County Bar Association. He is rated “Very Good” on Avvo, and has received several acclaims for his dedication and efficiency from his grateful clients. In addition, he has also served as a guest lecturer at the Stanford Law School – Stanford University.
