Kim has been practicing law for over 32 years. She is the owner of the Baer Law Office and practices in the areas of person injury, automobile accidents, medical malpractice, business and family law. - Iowa Association of Justice. This Board is comprised of plaintiff trial lawyers from around the state of Iowa. We meet quarterly to identify legislation, policy and educational issues for our members. We lobby for legislation and plan and execute numerous CLE events during the year. - District 5C Ethics Review Panel. I was appointed by the Iowa Supreme Court to serve on a commission for 6 years that reviews ethical complaints against lawyers and holds fact financing hearings and then makes recommendation to the Supreme Court regarding the disposition. , 2017
