Nathaniel Boulton

An established employment law attorney in Iowa, Nathaniel R. Boulton lends his professional services to the people of the state through the firm Hedberg & Boulton, P.C., where he also functions as a partner. He firmly believes in protecting the rights of employees who put great effort and dedication into their jobs and are treated poorly by their employers. Practicing law for the past 18 years, he focuses on fighting for his clients in cases involving workers' compensation, personal injury and labor law.

Licensed to practice law in Iowa, Mr. Boulton represents cases before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Iowa. He graduated his bachelor’s degree cum laude in 2002 from Simpson College, Indianola, majoring in history and political science. Apart from securing his J.D. with a certificate in legislative practice, he also obtained a master’s degree in public administration from Drake University in Des Moines. He was a recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Advocacy.

Having interned for several legal associations of repute during college, Mr. Boulton has had early exposure to the field of law. He joined Hedberg, Owens, Hedberg & Walsh, P.C., as an associate attorney and made his mark in the firm with his success and professional excellence as an attorney. In addition, he has worked as an adjunct professor at several law schools imparting his knowledge in the field of law to the younger generation.
