Nicholas Shaull

Nicholas Shaull is an attorney with Spaulding & Shaull, P.L.C., who represents clients in Des Moines, Iowa. With over a decade of experience, he takes cases of workers’ compensation, personal injury (e.g. auto accidents), and insurance bad faith. In 2006, he graduated summa cum laude from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Science in political science and criminal justice. He then fulfilled his lifelong dream of becoming an attorney when he graduated with a Juris Doctor from Drake University Law School with a Certificate of Public Service.

The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys named him one of the state’s Top 10 Under 40 Attorneys, and in 2019 he was also named one of America’s Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys. Mr. Shaull is a member of the Iowa Association for Justice, the Iowa State Bar Association and the Iowa Association for Workers’ Compensation Attorneys.
