  • $2,000,000.00 settlement against Woodbury County, Iowa. The case involved a young man riding his motorcycle upon a County highway when he came upon a large amount of gravel on the road allegedly spilled by County trucks from nearby County gravel stockpiles or dragged onto the highway by County trucks. The plaintiff suffered a brain injury and is a paraplegic.

  • $2,100,000.00 settlement with 3 entities over a head-on collision between two semis. Our client received extensive burn injuries when his cab started on fire after the crash and for other, much less serious injuries.
