With nearly four decades of experience, Keith Mark has exclusively practiced workers’ compensation for its entirety, and the legal and practical knowledge he has accrued gives his clients an immense upper hand in their cases. Mr. Mark completed his undergraduate studies in 1982, graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Kansas City University. He went on to attend the Washburn University School of Law, where he bolstered his legal foundations, upon which he built his practice. He received his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 1986, and in the same year, he gained his license to practice law in Kansas. Later on, he became licensed to practice law in Missouri, Iowa and Illinois.
A consummate professional through and through, Mr. Mark understands the plight of his clients when they seek his counsel, and he works relentlessly to give them the peace of mind and respite they deserve. One of his notable cases involved challenging the constitutionality of mandating the use of the American Medical Association’s Guide to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment (6th edition) in workers’ compensation cases. The Kansas Court of Appeals sided with his argument, agreeing that this violated due process for his client.
Within his legal community, Mr. Mark maintains close affiliations with many legal organizations, including the Kansas Bar Association, The Missouri Bar Association, the Wyandotte County Bar Association and the Johnson County Bar Association. Verdicts / Settlements (Case Results)
- Keith litigated the case Pardo v. UPS, 56 Kan. App. 2nd 1 (2018), which was a case that challenged the constitutionality of mandating the use of the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, 6th Edition, in Kansas workers compensation cases. Keith prevailed, with the Kansas Court of Appeals finding that the mandated use of the AMA Guides, 6th Edition, violated due process as applied to Pardo.

Served in the United States Department of the Interior (2016-2020), and founder and Chairman of the Board of Hunter Nation.
