- In re J.S.P., No. 118,790 (Kan. Ct. App. Jul. 31, 2020). The Kansas Supreme Court ruled in favor of Attorney Michael Duma’s client in June 2020, reversing the Court of Appeals’ decision and expanding appellate rights to juveniles who are subject to the state’s Extended Jurisdiction Juvenile (EEJ) proceedings. , 2020
