A 1998 graduate of MidAmerica Nazarene University (Magna Cum Laude), Mr. Speicher obtained his Juris Doctorate (With Honors) from Drake University Law School in 2001. He is licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, and the U.S. District of Kansas. He has also held pro hac vice admissions to practice in Iowa, Nebraska, Illinois, Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.

Mr. Speicher is an active member of the Kansas Bar Association, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and its Solo Practitioner and Small Firm Section, and the Johnson County Bar Association and its Solo and Small Firm Section. He is also a member of The Missouri Bar.  Mr. Speicher also serves on advisory and governing boards for numerous local non-profit entities including Legal Aid of Western Missouri (Volunteer Attorney Project), Unconventional Business Network, The Barnabas Group KC, MidAmerica Nazarene University board of directors, and MidAmerica Nazarene University Alumni Association.
