Brette S. Hart

Attorney Brette S. Hart is a founder of and partner at the Overland Park law firm of Harris & Hart LLC. She has a reputation as a dedicated client advocate and tough litigator.  Ms. Hart handles complex litigation related to:

Ms. Hart earned a Bachelor of Science from Truman State University before attending law school at Washburn University School of Law. She earned her law degree in 2005, with Honors, and The Missouri Bar granted her admission that same year. In 2006, the state of Kansas granted her its approval to practice in its courtrooms, and she has assisted clients from both states for the past 13 years.
