Jordan Morton

Currently serving clients across Kansas in matters of family law, Jordan Morton provides end-to-end services. From her office at Roth Davies LLC in Overland Park, Kansas, she represents clients in a variety of cases, including adoptions, divorce, parentage, post-decree modifications, child custody disputes and child support matters. Furthermore, she provides representation in child-in-need-of-care (CINC) proceedings and frequently serves as guardian ad litem.

In her capacity as a guardian ad litem and in other roles, Ms. Morton passionately champions the rights and needs of vulnerable individuals, ensuring their voices are heard. She collaborates extensively with families, service providers and the courts, fostering a supportive network that prioritizes the safety, stability and overall well-being of those she represents. Her commitment to advocacy is unwavering, as she navigates complex legal landscapes to secure positive outcomes for children and families in challenging circumstances.

Ms. Morton plays a vital role in both the legal and local communities, demonstrating her commitment to service and leadership. She holds significant positions within the Johnson County Bar Association and the Johnson County Family Law Inn of Court. Additionally, she is an active member of the Kansas Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.

After completing her undergraduate degree at McKendree University, Ms. Morton proceeded to earn her Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law. In 2022, she was admitted to practice law in Kansas. Beyond her courtroom practice, she is an active contributor to the Sunflower House Young Professionals Board and the Love Fund for Children Emerging Leaders Board, where she supports and advocates for children and families in the community.
