Within a relatively short period of time, Paeten Denning has made mammoth strides in her legal community and has gained the praise of her peers for her dedication to her clients and intent on resolving their legal issues expeditiously and in an amicable manner. At the Denning Law Firm, LLC, in Overland Park, Kansas, she helps clients in their personal injury matters and strives to ensure their injuries don’t define their futures. In addition, she is knowledgeable in myriad civil rights matters as well as medical malpractice.
Ms. Denning is empathetic to the plight of her clients, providing them every opportunity in their legal matters to firmly leave them in the past. She fights with enthusiastic zeal and pursues every available legal avenue to get her clients the peace of mind and relief they deserve so they can focus on themselves and their loved ones during a difficult moment in their lives. For her many contributions, she has been included in the Top 40 Under 40 list by the National Trial Lawyers.
With a fervent passion to serve as an attorney from a very early age, Ms. Denning attended The University of Kansas School of Law, where she was part of the International Law Society (secretary), the Student Bar Association (vice president) and the Women in Law student organization. She received her Juris Doctor in 2019 and, in the same year, became licensed to practice law in Kansas.
Ms. Denning’s academic prowess was evident during her undergraduate studies at The University of Kansas, where she graduated with her Bachelor of Social Work in social welfare with a minor in African studies. For clients native to countries on the eastern coast of the African continent, as well as in some parts of Central Africa, she is fluent in Swahili and ensures that all communication is clear and concise.
Ms. Denning has volunteered her time to compassionate organizations and at Safehome, she worked with social workers in children’s centers and helped in fundraising events.
