Ashley L. Ricket

Ashley Ricket's practice focuses on personal injury litigation, specifically in the areas of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, nursing home abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, and day care abuse.

She has litigated cases in the state and federal courts in Missouri, Kansas, California, and Washington, D.C. and successfully argued before the Missouri Court of Appeals - Western District.

In 2012, Ashley received the Rising Star Award at the 14th Annual Women's Justice Awards, an honor awarded to women lawyers under the age of 40 who have already made a difference in the Missouri justice system. Also in 2012, Ashley was recognized by Missouri Lawyers Weekly as one of Missouri's Up and Coming Lawyers.  Ashley has also been named Best of the Bar by the Kansas City Business Journal.

In 2012, 2013, and 2014, Ashley was named on the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 list and selected as a Rising Star Kansas and Missouri by Superlawyers Magazine.

In 2019, Ashley was recognized as a "Legal Champion" by Missouri Lawyers Media in her relentless efforts in litigation on behalf of a minor student who was sexually assaulted at school. 

From 2015 through 2025 Ashley has been named to the Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers List.
