Matthew R. Williams

Matthew R. Williams is a defense attorney primarily practicing criminal and DUI defense.  He defends cases from serious felony and drug charges to traffic violations, driving under the influence (DUI) to agency action.  Matthew has trial experience at all levels from Jessica's law charges and serious violent felonies to misdemeanor arrests. He is a memeber of the American Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Assoication, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and the Kansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (KACDL), and the Sam A Crow American Inn of Courts.

Matthew was admitted to practice in the state of Kansas in 2013.  He is also admitted to practice before the Federal District of Kansas and the United States Tax Court.  He is a graduate of Washburn University School of Law J.D., 2013 and the University of Missouri-Kansas City, LL.M. (Taxation). He is a member of the Kansas Army National Guard Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps.
